Tasheena is the Visionary founder & Executive Director of DBQS INC. A certified Life Coach with a background in Marketing and over five years of experience as a Security Supervisor, Tasheena brings a unique blend of Leadership, Compassion, and lived experience. As a mother of two and someone who once faced the challenges of living in a shelter, her Journey has fueled her passion to create Safe , Supportive and Transformative spaces for women and children. Through DBQS INC. she’s committed to breaking cycles, building futures , and inspiring dreams .

Leshaunda kennedy
Project Developer
Leshaunda Kennedy is the Project Developer at DBQS INC. A Proud Mother of six , Leshaunda transformed her life experience into a mission of service and Leadership . Once a teen mom who lived in shelters, she develops impactful Programs , Mentors students and Supports families with Compassion and Purpose. Her journey through roles like teacher , bus driver and life Coach has shaped her into a resilient and Faith-driven leader . Leshaunda’s message is a Reflection of her journey: Like a Caterpillar becoming a butterfly, transformation is possible . Growth takes time but beauty always emerges from struggle.
